Holland Works

What a transformation! From the outside to the inside we have repaired and updated this gem of a  property. We gutted the primary bathroom, walk in pantry, laundry room and closet and started completely over. While leaving the knotty pine cabinets we leveled the bar and installed new countertops, sink and faucet. We replaced all the lighting and fans throughout, updated the guest bathroom and powder room, color drenched the formal,  repaired water damage and updated the office, new roof and new furniture throughout. What a transformation. This project took a little over 12 months from start to finish. Needless to say they were not only an amazing client to work with but we became fast friends! I loved working on this large scale renovation project!
