garage converted to Mother in law suite

Lots of work but well worth it! Plenty of room for the new buyers to have an office space, family room, or mother in law suite. We removed the exterior french doors to put in a large picture window,  put in new flooring and recessed  lighting, turned a book shelf into a closet by adding walls, shelves and clothing bar. WE turned a shop sink area into a mud room, and then turned around and staged it. the sellers banked on the profit of this renovation!
