OUR SEVEN STEP RENOVATION PROCESS

1. WE START WITH A CONSULTATION

The initial design consultation is a great way to get to know one another and discuss your vision.  our creative designer will offer skilled and creative suggestions to build a customized design for your project. We also discuss functionality and budget so we can get an accurate assessment of your project. 

2. RECEIVING YOUR JOHN HANCOCK

after the initial design Consultation we provide a complimentary estimate of the projects scope of work. When you are ready to begin the project we send you a interior design agreement to be signed.

3. DETAILS AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We define contractor services and scheduling and what building materials are needed. We offer turnkey project management services too so we are there every step of the way. On larger projects, we will have a Pre-Construction Meeting with the General Contractor, Architect and budget Manager or anyone else that is to be involved in the project. We review timelines, budget, and design goals to ensure transparency of communication is clear with all parties involved. 

4. SHOPPING/ORDERING MATERIALS AND PROCUREMENT

We begin shopping for building materials such as countertops, appliances, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, sinks, tubs etc... Together we shop these items to ensure the design comes together beautifully. After finding the materials and furnishings you love, they are all prepaid upfront so we handle all the ordering, schedule multiple deliveries and handle any replacement issues if needed to save you time and stress. 

5. PROJECT MANAGMENT AND OVERSEEING THE PROJECT

we oversee the subcontractors work to ensure the project is progressing on schedule and according to the design plan. We communicate directly with you on a regular basis to keep you informed and address any questions you may have along the way.

6. FINAL WALK THROUGH

AS the Project is nearing a finished  state, we conduct a walk through to make sure the work is exceeding your expectations and address any finalizing details or answer any questions you might have forgotten to ask us. 

7. WRAPPING THINGS UP

Upon completion, we do We will do a final walk through and take photographs of your beautiful design for reference of completion and to continually build our portfolio of our happy customers.
