STREAMLINES INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS

With years of experience we have developed a easy step by step process so our clients have a better understanding what happens next during a renovation project.

1. WE BEGIN WITH A INTIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

The initial design consultation is a great way to get acquainted with your project. Our designer will offer creative suggestions as well as listen to your design goals to begin building a tailored design that fits your lifestyle. (See more consultation Details here)

2. SCOPE OF WORK AND DESIGN AGREEMENT

After the initial design consultation, we provide you with a scope of work recapping what we discussed during the consultation. This scope of work sets the expectations of our services as well as a understanding of the estimated costs of our services. The scope and interior design agreement both require a signature to begin services.

3. SOURCING AND ORDERING Building MATERIALS

Your professional designer will begin shopping building materials to ensure your design remains cohesive. (This can be done on your behalf or together at a design center). After you have reviewed the materials and chose your desired materials, you will receive an invoice and payment is procured upfront. We handle placing orders, scheduling multiple deliveries, and handling any replacement issues of damaged or wrong materials are shipped on your behalf. NOTE: All building materials are required to be ordered and on the project site before contractors can begin estimating labor costs or provide their services.

4. DETAILS AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We help define what other third parties are needed for your project such as budget managers, General contractors, Architects as well as contractors and how many. If you do not have contractors in mind, we can provide you with complimentary estimates from our preferred and vetted contractors or a General contractor that we have worked with since 2012. Once you have approved our estimates from our preferred contractors we would collect payment upfront to begin scheduling contractor work on your behalf.

5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND OVERSEEING THE PROJECT

If you do not have the time to oversee contractor work, or understand proper work flow scheduling (such as which contracted work gets done first, second, third etc), we offer an add on service of project management. We would ensure that the work is progressing on schedule, that quality craftsmanship is being delivered and being executed as planned. We take care of scheduling multiple contractors and setting proper workflow and will make regular site visits to remain hands on. We are there every step of the way to address any questions you or the contractors may have during the project. (See more Project Management Details here)

6. PROJECT WALK THROUGH

As the Project is nearing a finished state, we conduct a walk through to make sure the work is exceeding your expectations and address any final details or answer any questions you might have forgotten to ask.

7. Final Personal Touches

if you would like us to add any personal touches to your renovated space such as arranging furniture, hanging art and/or placing decorative accents, we got you!

8. WRAPPING THINGS UP

Upon completion, we will do a final walk through and take photographs of your newly designed space so we can continue to build our portfolio of all our happy clients.

Now, it’s time to kick back, celebrate and show off your beautiful newly renovated space. don't forget to leave us a review of our services on any social media platform you choose!
