Here are the steps you will most likely experience during a remodel when working with Streamline

 

1.  Initial Design Discovery Consultation:

We’ll get to know your vision, goals, and style. Share inspirational photos and your budget, and we’ll discuss your ideas, take notes, and capture photos.

2. Proposal/Scope of Work, Design Agreement & Retainer:

After the consultation, we create a tailored Proposal & Scope of Work. Once approved, you’ll sign the design agreement and submit your retainer to secure our services.

 

3. Details & Design Development:

Time for creativity! We dive into style, textures, colors, materials, fixtures, furnishings, space planning, and functionality. If you have a GC, architect, or subcontractors, we’ll coordinate with them here to ensure smooth teamwork.

 

4. Product Sourcing & Procurement:

We carefully select and present building materials, fixtures, and furnishings for your approval. Once finalized, we handle ordering, tracking, and resolving any issues — all while keeping you in control of final selections.

 

5. Project Coordination: (This is a separate contract and add on service and does not replace a General Contractor.) We review the GC'c Scope to ensure it's coinciding with the design plan, over see key milestones to ensure the project stays on task, provide site checks to ensure quality work is being delivered, and coordinate Streamlines sourced items the the GC's timelines to make sure the project finishes on time.

 

6. Project Walkthrough:
Once construction is finished, we review the completed work with you, while identifying any overlooked details and blue tape anything the GC needs to address and answer any questions to ensure everything meets your expectations.

 

7. Wrapping Things Up:

We’ll arrange a final appointment to capture beautiful photographs of your newly transformed space and settle any outstanding payments. The joy of seeing your design become a reality and the smile on your face is our greatest reward!
