As a young girl Kathryn dreamt of becoming an interior designer. As a teen, she worked as a visual merchandiser for large retailers when window displays were more than just placing a mannequin in the window. She naturally understood how visual merchandising impacted the consumers shopping experience and increased sales numbers.

As a visual merchandiser, she became interested in fashion and earned her cosmetologist license in the early 90's. She had a long successful career owning a salon in Dallas Texas. She attended the University of Arlington and received her basics certification in Interior Design. In 2006, she sold her salon to travel the states full time. She expressed her creativity behind the lens of a camera. After developing a stunning photography portfolio Kathryn moved to Austin in 2007. She joined an art guild and began showing her photography work. She won awards such as People’s Choice, Best in Show, and Second Place in an International art competition. Her work was published in Origins magazine and Wyoming Wildlife magazine. Her love for nature, texture, architecture, and attention to detail were apparent in her body of work. Kathryn began taking photos for real estate agents in 2008 and with a background in visual merchandising, interior design, color theory, and natural gift of creativity, she found herself making suggestions on how to improve the properties before photographing them.

In 2011, Kathryn was invited to attend a RESA conference (Real Estate Staging Association). This was the pivotal moment when she decided to align all her creative skills into one "Streamlined Vision." Kathryn opened Streamline Home Staging LLC in January of 2012. She staged homes for reputable home builders and real estate agents for several years. In the staging industry she was managing contractors to provide updates, repairs, and renovations to properties so they would sell for the highest return possible.

Her staging experience led her down a path of developing many return customers for new builds and complete renovation projects, both residentially and commercially. In 2019, Kathryn began offering a full array of interior design services and her dream of becoming an Interior Designer became a reality.

Today, she remains hands on offering turnkey services from Interior Design, Project Management and Home Staging Services.

Her hobbies are disk golf, fly fishing, traveling, and sailing with her husband and dog.
